Rental Process:

1.  Must be a Member in Good Standing.
2. Confirm your event date and clubhouse availability on the IHS monthly calendar (2 hours between events is required).
3. Complete Club Rental Form.
4. Sign Rental Contract and return to IHS Rental Coordinator with 2 separate checks ($150 Security and Rental Fee of $150 for < 40 or $225 for >40 people).
5. Confirmation of Total Attendance and Bar Payment Plan must be communicated to the Rental Coordinator prior to your event.

Please note – if your contract and deposit checks are not received 30 days prior to your event, the date will be released.
