Clubhouse Rules and Hours of Operation

• Hours of Operation

  Unless otherwise noted for holidays or special events, the IHSM Clubhouse operates under

  the following hours:

  Summer Hours: (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

  - Thursday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  - Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  - Saturday: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

  - Sunday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  Winter Hours

  - Thursday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  - Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  - Saturday: 12:00 PM – 1:00 AM

  - Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  Monday through Wednesday, the clubhouse is available for committee meetings, private

  rentals, or organized IHSM events (e.g., sporting events, darts club, interest groups).

  Notifications will be communicated to members via email or online.

  Clubhouse Rental

  - Private rentals are available to members with a written contract and deposit submitted to

  the House Rental Committee.

  - Check the online calendar for availability.

  - To submit a rental request, click the “Clubhouse Rentals” tab on the IHSM website.

  General House Rules

  • Members must swipe a valid membership card for entry. A photo ID may be requested.
  • Both members and their guests must sign the guest book upon entry.
  • Each member may sign in up to four guests, who must leave when the member departs.
  • Membership cards will not unlock the door one hour before closing. Members may knock and be admitted at the bartender’s discretion.
  • A guest admitted four times must apply for membership, if eligible.
  • No smoking or e-cigarettes indoors. Use the designated outdoor smoking area.
  • No pets or animals are allowed, except for service animals.
  • Weapons, including concealed firearms, are prohibited.
  • Alcohol will not be served or made available to minors.
  • Children are not permitted to sit at the bar.
  • Food may be brought in until an on-site kitchen is available. Members are responsible.

Bartender and Bar Rules

• Bartenders may not consume alcohol while on duty.
• Bartenders may close the bar early due to inclement weather or minimal business.
• Tipping is allowed and encouraged.
• Bartenders may offer complimentary drinks only to:

- Performing band members (maximum of 2)

- Trivia winners and runners-up

• Alcohol will not be served to visibly intoxicated persons. Staff will assist by calling a cab but will not drive members home.
• No alcohol may be consumed in the parking lot except during authorized outdoor events.
• Bartender and permittee have control of jukebox settings.
• Members are not permitted behind the bar unless they are working an assigned shift.
